Brand Kit Details: Business name, tagline, brand colors, social media handles, delivery platform selections, and contact information. This data is stored locally on your device. Logo Image: If you upload a brand logo, it is stored locally on your device. Photos: Photos you select or capture for editing are processed through the App. User Preferences: Your selected user type, preferred styles, and app settings are stored locally on your device.

Information Processed by Third-Party Services

To provide AI-powered image generation and upscaling, the App sends your photos to the following third-party services:

Information We Do Not Collect

We do not create user accounts or require login. How We Use Your Information

Image Generation: Your photos and text prompts are sent to OpenAI and/or Google to generate and enhance food photography. Local Storage: Brand kit details, preferences, and project history are stored locally on your device to provide a personalized experience. No Selling of Data: We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information to third parties.

We use Apple's iCloud to sync your credit balance across your devices. No personal data is stored, only your purchased credit count.

Data Storage and Security

All app data (brand kit, preferences, projects, images) is stored locally on your device using standard iOS storage mechanisms. Photos sent to OpenAI and Google for processing are transmitted over encrypted HTTPS connections. We do not maintain any servers or databases that store your personal data.

Data Retention and Deletion
