Agreement to Terms

By downloading, installing, or using the Cravely AI application (the "App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.

Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age required in your jurisdiction) to use the App. By using the App, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement.

Description of Service

Cravely AI is a food photography enhancement application that uses artificial intelligence to transform food photos into professional-quality images. The App provides features including image generation, upscaling, brand kit management, and template-based styling.

Use of the App

Acceptable Use. You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes. You may enhance and edit food photographs you own or have rights to use, create branded marketing materials for your business, and generate AI-enhanced images for personal or commercial use.

Prohibited Use. You agree not to upload or process images you do not own or have the right to use, use the App to generate misleading, deceptive, or fraudulent content, attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract the source code of the App, use the App in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations, abuse the AI generation services by sending excessive or automated requests, or use the App to generate content that is illegal, harmful, hateful, or violates the rights of others.

Intellectual Property

Your Content. You retain ownership of all original photos you upload to the App. AI-generated and enhanced images are created using your photos as input. Your rights to the generated output are subject to the terms of the underlying AI services (OpenAI and Google). Brand kit information (logos, colors, business details) you provide remains your property.

Our Content. The App's design, code, interface, templates, preview images, and branding are owned by Cravely AI and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the App without our written permission.

AI-Generated Content

Images generated by the App are produced using third-party AI services (OpenAI and Google Gemini). AI-generated results may vary and are not guaranteed to be identical across generations. We do not guarantee that AI-generated content will be free from errors, artifacts, or unintended elements. You are responsible for reviewing AI-generated content before using it commercially. The use of AI-generated images is subject to OpenAI's Terms of Use and Google's Terms of Service.

Subscriptions and Payments

The App may offer subscription plans or in-app purchases to access premium features. Subscriptions are billed through Apple's App Store and are subject to Apple's terms and conditions. You may manage or cancel your subscription through your Apple ID account settings. Refunds for App Store purchases are handled by Apple in accordance with their refund policy. For any purchases made outside the App Store (if applicable), all sales are final and non-refundable except as required by applicable law.

Disclaimers

The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. AI generation depends on third-party services (OpenAI and Google) and may be subject to downtime, rate limits, or changes in availability. We are not responsible for the accuracy, quality, or appropriateness of AI-generated content.
